What to do if you have a complaint

The Group is committed to being as effective and efficient as we possible can. However we are all volunteers, and as much as we all like Scouting it has to "fit in" around working and personal lives.

We admit we don't always get it right, but are always looking to continually improve what we do and the way we do it. We welcome feedback, either positive or negative, on what we do.
If you are un-happy with any aspect of the Group you should, in the first instance, discuss the problem with your son or daughter's Section Leader (Chil, Akela or Fox). Quite often they will be able to deal with the issue or, if not, will pass on your problem to the Group Scout Leader (GSL).
If, however, you feel that you do not wish to discuss the issue with your Section Leader or they have not dealt with the issue satisfactorily then you should contact the GSL directly. The GSL has overall responsibility for the managerial control of the Group.
